21st Attire

21st birthday parties are great places to catch up with friends who you do not get to see often.  Friends of which you would like to see more but just do not get the opportunity.
Seeing friends and people you used to go to school with three years ago means that the term 'dress to impress' is taken oh so seriously.  These parties are places to show off your style stakes. They are reunions after-all.  For us girls, it seems there is always the summary chat at the end of the night with the nearest or dearest friend about what everyone has been up to and how we compare ourselves to our peers of whom we havent seen for some time.

The theme of this 21st (Georgia) was black tie with a flash of colour.  The picture above shows what I chose to wear.- a Topshop printed ruffle playsuit, with a bright orange The Kooples jacket, and KG lace up grey leather shoes.  These are some of my best clothes-  dress to impress remember?

Below is a picture of Sophie.  Sophie looked gorgeous! She teamed the simple white dress with some rather large wedge leather shoes.  The gold necklace was the cherry on top of the already beautifully iced cake.

Below if a picture of Sophie and Phillie.  I will do a post on Phil as I really admire her style.  Phil wore a plunging black 3/4 sleeve playsuit from French Connection, with strappy black shoes and a chunky gold necklace and earrings.

Below:  The birthday girl Georgia and I.  Georgia designed her dress and got it made.  It was a low back, plunging v neck, empire line, skater skirt dress with diamante trimming around the bust.  Perfect dress for the party girl.

It was a lovely evening, in a gorgeous setting (Moroccan marquee), with delicious food and beautiful people.

Thank you Georgia.
